How to Measure 2D
- Create 2D drawings with all measurements projected on a plane.
- When the job is empty, the first two measured points define the drawing alignment with the first point at 0,0,0.
- Create multiple vertical and horizontal planes in the same job.

- Start 2D Horizontal, 2D Vertical or activate a plane in Planes.
- Select a target type in Targets Menu.
- Activate a layer in Layers.
- Select the object type in Measuring Settings .
- Measuring without any target:
Aim using laser or the Live View.
Measuring with a target, for example vPen or vPole:
Go to the point. - Tap Measure or trigger the measurement with the remote control.

☞ Control Points are visible only in the 3D view if the job contains only planes. The view will switch automatically when starting a new setup.
☞ An instrument connection is required.
