Known Points Setup

Position the instrument using at least two drawing point elements, for example:

• Control points
  For example: Prisms, vTarget or reflective tapes. Also, stable and easy to identify points, measured on the Control Points layer.
• Regular points
  Any point from a drawing which can be easily identified and measured.
• Vertices
  Start points, end points and middle points of linear objects. For example corners of the room.
• Follow the steps indicated in the software.

	Details Review used setup points and the setup quality.
	Accept Accept the setup.
	Points Open the list of points in the job.
	Find Point Search a point by point ID.

☞ Use targets distributed equally around the instrument to increase the setup quality.

☞ Using at least three points is recommended.
