Projects

How to access the Projects screen:

1. Open the Menu.
2. Tap Projects.

☞ Long tap on a project tile to select one or several projects.
☞ Projects grouping can be changed in the System settings.

a) Sort
Sort projects by date of creation or modification.
b) Projects list
List of projects, scrollable horizontally and vertically
c) Project Tile
Overview of the project. Tap to open the project.
Tap to edit Project Details.
d) Search
Find projects with specific keywords.
e) New
Create a new project.
f) Near me
Find projects close to the current location.

Project Tile Information:

a) Edit project details
b) Cover photo or last used job preview
c) Project name
d) Number of jobs in the project
e) Client name
f) Location
g) Creation date

Project Details

This information is displayed on the project tile and is printed in PDF
exports.

a) Export
Export all file formats from all jobs within the project.
b) Delete
Delete the project and all jobs.

How to access the Project Details window:
1. Open Projects.
2. Tap in the corner of the Project Tile.
☞ Enter the location manually or tap the button to use the tablet location.
